Minister Ismajli meets representatives of employees of “Ndërtimtaria J.S.C.” enterprise

12.08.2013 – The Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, met today with a group of employees of “Ndërtimtaria J.S.C.” enterprise, a former KEK Unit, who protested today in front of the MED, due to the termination of the contract by the Kosovo Energy Corporation.

After listening to former KEK employees’ requests, Minister Ismajli clarified the institutional relationship between MED and KEK, emphasizing that their problems should be addressed at other instances.

The Head of MED expressed his compassion and regret for the fact that these employees are facing problems, while stating his readiness to support the latter in accelerating the review of their requests by the Kosovo Energy Corporation and Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, regardless of the fact that their problem doesn’t fall under the competencies of MED, with the aim of reaching a prompt solution to the problem.
