Minister Rizvanolli received in a meeting the Japanese diplomat, Keisuke Yamanaka

Prishtina, 15.02.2022 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, together with representatives of the Cabinet received in a meeting the new Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of Japan in Kosovo, Keisuke Yamanaka, together with the Senior Adviser for Political Affairs, General Affairs and Secretariat, Arber Myftari.

Minister Rizvanolli congratulated Mr. Yamanaka on his new role as representative of the Japanese state in Kosovo and expressed her gratitude to him for the support and continued friendship of the Japanese state for the Republic of Kosovo, in particular for the work done in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, as is cooperation in the waste management sector.

During the meeting, Minister Rizvanolli informed Mr. Yamanaka about the work of the Ministry of Economy and the challenges faced by the Ministry.

The meeting also discussed the similar challenges faced by the two countries, especially those in the energy sector, as well as the possibilities of deepening cooperation in the future to overcome them.
