Prishtina, 24 August 2024 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, along with the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, Xhelal Sveçla, were welcomed yesterday by the Director of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (KEEF), Driton Hetemi, at the regional office of KEEF in North Mitrovica, which was opened a few weeks ago.

Minister Rizvanolli was briefed by the KEEF staff on the final preparations being made for the implementation of energy efficiency measures, where the KEEF staff is informing the citizens of this region about energy efficiency schemes through promotional materials in both Albanian and Serbian languages and is ready to commence the implementation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring coverage across the entire territory of Kosovo.

The public call for the subsidy of energy efficiency measures, which will soon be opened by KEEF, will include:

• Insulation of external house walls
• Roof insulation
• Replacement of external windows and doors
