Announcement for Solar Photovoltaic Auction with a Capacity of 100 MW Announced
Prishtina, 12 May 2023 – The Ministry of Economy shall announce today the auction: “Competitive process for awarding a guaranteed purchase price for energy produced by a 100 MW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Plant, which will be built on public property”.
The solar photovoltaic plant will be built in the cadastral zone of Kramovik and Petkoviq in the Municipality of Rahovec, which will be leased to the selected bidder for a period of not less than 30 years.
The Power Purchase Agreement will be entered for a period of 15 years with the Market Operator, and the latter shall guarantee the mandatory purchase of the electricity produced.
The tender dossier can be obtained upon written request addressed to the contact person at the Ministry of Economy, starting from 16 May 2023. Technical information will be published by Monday, 15 May 2023.
The deadline for submitting bids is 15 August 2023, at 14:00 (CET), while the bid opening date is 18 August 2023, at 14:00 (CET).
