Prishtina, 21 April 2011 – Minister of Economic Development, Besim Beqaj, Chairman of the Energy Regulatory Office, Ali Hamiti, and the Director of the Secretariat of the Energy Community Treaty, Slavtcho Neykov, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
