Requests and Forms for authorization

The responsible ministry issues authorization for:

1.1. Authorized body for conformity assessment, including calibration, testing, certification and periodic controls of equipment and installations under pressure;
1.2. The internal body authorized for the assessment of conformity, including the examination and periodic control of equipment and installations under pressure, only within the group to which it belongs;
1.3. The authorized body for examining and filling LPG cylinders, which is responsible for examining, filling cylinders, storage, transport, maintenance and technical control of LPG cylinders;
1.4. The authorized body for the examination and filling of cylinders with technical gases, which is responsible for the examination, filling of cylinders, storage, transport, maintenance and technical control of cylinders with technical gases.

Also interested in obtaining authorization application for review of pressure equipment must complete an application for authorization. After filling the same request submitted in the office of the Inspectorate or by e-mail at: aferdita.avdili@rks-gov.net
