Le Saché highlighted that “Kosovo is one of the most dynamic countries in the Balkans (3.5% growth in 2022). The young population of Kosovo is increasingly being trained (development of practices, increased enrollment in engineering courses), and the tax system is competitive (corporate tax, labour cost, etc.). The government is leading a dynamic reform program to improve the business environment (fight against corruption)”
