Prishtina, 21.10.2022 – With the support of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo has engaged mining expert Albert Karschti to assist with the necessary reforms in the publicly-owned enterprise “Trepça” Sh.A.

Accompanied by Deputy Minister Getoar Mjeku, expert Karschti was hosted by the acting CEO Enis Abdurrahmani and the management of the enterprise in Mitrovica. In the coming weeks, Karschti will analyze all links of operation, from the underground horizons to the product on the market.

Graduated in Engineering, Mr. Karschti has a long and rich experience in the mining sector in Germany and other countries.

In the meantime, Deputy Minister Mjeku and officials of the Ministry of Economy will hold the Shareholder’s Meeting in Trepça this week.
