Pristina, 09.02.2023 – The Chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Economy, Anyla Beqa, together with UNDP representatives, continued the “Save Energy” campaign today, aimed at raising awareness among primary school students about the importance of energy saving and efficiency.

Ms. Beqa visited today the “Eqrem Çabej” School in Mitrovica and the “Mehmet Akif” College in Lipjan, where she engaged in discussions with students on the ways to use and generate electricity, its significance, and the ways we can save it.

Further, together with UNDP representatives, including a Dinosaur mascot, students played the Energy Bingo game to better understand how to best conduct our daily activities while using less energy.

The aim of this campaign is to raise the awareness of students and young people to save, not only in financial terms, but also for environmental protection.
