Prishtina, 01.11.2018 - The Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, met today with a delegation of German businesses, headed by Deputy Ambassador Jan-Axel Voss, and Regional Director for Southeast Europe of the Commission for Economic Relations with Southeast Europe, Anja Quiring, to discuss developments in the information technology sector.

Prishtina, 31.10.2018 – Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Lluka attended a conference on energy transit, titled “Challenges and opportunities in Kosovo and the region”, organized by the “Balkans Green Foundation”. As a keynote speaker, Minister Lluka presented policies and decisions undertaken by the ministry, and informed the participants that, through European Union funds, large municipalities in Kosovo will have district heating 24 hours a day.

Prishtina, 26.10.2018 Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Lluka is attending the economy conference for Western Balkans countries, held in Montenegro and attended by economy ministers of six countries, and informed the attendants on the developments in Kosovo’s economy.

Prishtina, 22.10.2018 – Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Lluka meets with the Coordinator for Transatlantic Relations of the German Government, and member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Peter Beyer, to discuss on the establishment of new publicly-owned enterprises, with special focus on the Kosovo Telecom and Kosova e Re Thermal Power Plant.

Prishtina, 18.10.2018 – The Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, received today the non-resident Canadian Ambassador in Kosovo, Daniel Maksymiuk, to discuss developments in the country, including energy, information technology and, especially, the mining sector.

Prishtina, 18.10.2018 – Upon successful completion of four activities planned under the project “Integration Information System for Economic Development”, the Inter-institutional working group on its management held a meeting to present to the economic operator the reporting tool and software page of the SIZHEK project.
