Istanbul, 24.06.2014 - The Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, and his associates, are holding separate meetings in Istanbul with companies that have pre-qualified for participation in the project for the development of Thermal Power Plant Kosova e Re, in order to discuss recent developments in this process. MED guarantees a professional assessment on the causes of explosion in KEK
Prishtina, 06.06.2014 - It was with deep sorrow that the Ministry of Economic Development received news of the explosion in the electrolysis department of Thermal Power Plant Kosova A, which unfortunately resulted in loss of life. MED expresses its solidarity with families of the casualties of this accident and wishes all injured personnel a speedy recovery.
MED guarantees regular electricity supply during elections

Prishtina, 24 April 2014 – The Kosova e Re Power Plant Project Steering Committee, chaired by the Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, convened for its regular meeting to discuss documents presented to the Project Steering Committee for endorsement. During the meeting, the Project Steering Committee approved the Request for Proposal and Project Agreements and requested their submission to potential investors.
