Pristina, 10.11.2025 – The Ministry of Economy launches the Monitoring and Evaluation Manual for the Energy Strategy of the Republic of Kosovo 2022-2031. This manual will ensure the monitoring of the Strategy’s implementation and the achievement of its goals. It will assist in data-driven policymaking and evidence-based decision-making.

The drafting of this document was carried out through broad institutional coordination and with the support of the project “Energy Transition and Climate Mitigation in Kosovo,” funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by the Ministry of Economy and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation.
