  1. Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Economic Development comprises:
    1. The Secretary General, and
    2. Support staff.
  2. Tasks and responsibilities of the Secretary-General are determined in Article 38 of Law No. 03/L-189 on State Administration of the Republic of Kosovo and the other applicable legislation.
  3. Tasks and responsibilities of the support staff of the Secretary General’s Office shall be determined in the applicable legislation on the civil service.
  4. The number of employees in the Office of the Secretary General is three (3).
