Dr. Artane Rizvanolli
Minister of Economy

Dr Artane Rizvanolli is a Minister at the Ministry of Economy and has been a lecturer at Riinvest College since 2007.

After completing her Bachelor degree studies in Economics at the University of Prishtina, she continued her Master’s degree studies in Economics for Business Analysis at Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. In 2012 she received her PhD in Economics from Staffordshire University with research focused on the link between human capital and foreign direct investment in European economies in transition.

After six years as a researcher at the Riinvest Institute, she continued her work as a researcher and advisor for economic analysis and policies within various Kosovar and international organizations in areas such as employment, private sector development, the effects of the diaspora on the economy, public finances, etc.

In addition to her mother tongue, she also speaks English and Serbian.
