Prishtina, 29.06.2016 – Minister of Economic Development, Blerand Stavileci, held a working meeting with representatives of accredited embassies in Prishtina, and representatives of the EU Office, where he presented the strategic direction of his Ministry and its most important projects, and appreciated them for their continued support.

Stavileci informed the diplomats in question on the development stages of the power plant project Kosova e Re, initiatives to encourage the development of renewable energy sources, increase energy efficiency and regional cooperation in the field of energy, which is line with European Union requirements.

The Minister also stated that a priority was given to the Information Technology sector, which is considered a good opportunity for the creation of new jobs and transformation of our economy into a digital economy.

From their part, representatives of embassies confirmed their support to the economic development of Kosovo, in accordance with European standards.
