Prishtina, 07.06.2024 – To accurately inform the public regarding several false notifications circulating on social media about energy efficiency subsidies allegedly being based on age and gender, the Ministry of Economy (ME) clarifies that these claims are untrue.

The Ministry of Economy informs citizens that all announcements, notifications, and information for and related to the Ministry of Economy can be found exclusively on the ME’s official social media channels: website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and in the media/portals operating in Kosovo.

Any information outside of these channels is not genuine. ME encourages everyone to direct any questions, requests, or inquiries to the official ME channels at the official email address: me.info@rks-gov.net.

The Ministry of Economy continues to have open calls for support of household consumers in renewable energy systems – sanitary water heating solar system and subsidy calls for photovoltaic systems for generation of electricity for self-consumption for household consumers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which are implemented with the financial support of the European Union in Kosovo.

These Calls do not specify the age or gender of applicants. All citizens of the Republic of Kosovo have the right to apply based on the criteria presented in the announcements.
