The Ministry of Economy, during 2022, plans to provide financial support through public calls for the implementation of Non-Governmental Organizations’ projects in areas related to:

1. Promotional activities in the field of Information and Communication Technology;
2. Promotional activities in the field of Energy;
3. Promotional activities in the Mining sector

The Regulation MF- No. 04/2017 on Criteria, Standards and Procedures on Public Funding of NGOs, Article 8, paragraph 3.2,  provides that two representatives from the group of external experts, one of whom should be a representative of NGOs should be part of each evaluation committee for the evaluation of NGO draft-proposals received under public calls.

The Ministry of Economy invites all interested candidates to apply to be part of the register of external experts, who will be appointed as members of the evaluation committee for draft- proposals submitted by NGOs for funding through public funds, as per the needs of the ME.

The right to apply have:

•    Employees of active non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kosovo;
•    Independent experts who possess work experience related to public administration, project design and management or similar fields.

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

•    Must have completed at least a Bachelor’s level of studies in the field of Economics, Project Management, Public Administration, Business Management or other similar fields;
•    Have at least 5 years of work experience;
•    Have experience in NGO projects;
•    Not be appointed to political posts, civil servants or similar positions in the state administration.

Candidates must submit the following documents:
• A motivation letter
• An updated CV;
• Evidence on education and work experience;
• NGO employees must submit a nomination letter from the Head of the NGO in which the applicant is employed.

The application can be done via e-mail by sending the required documentation to atdhetare.mushica@rks-gov.net, or by submitting a physical copy of the required documentation to the Ministry of Economy, “Mother Teresa” Square, no. 36, Prishtina, ME Archive. The application deadline remains open until 22 June 2022.

The Ministry of Economy, following the evaluation of the applications, will establish a register of external experts, who will be invited for NGO projects/programs as per the needs of the ME.
