Prishtina, 09 December 2013 – Minister of Economic Development Fadil Ismajli met today with the Ambassador of Republic of Albania in Prishtina, Islam Lauka, to discuss on the most recent developments and cooperation in the spheres under MED’s auspices.

Minister Ismajli informed Ambassador Lauka on economic projects in the country, especially those implemented in the sphere of energy, while praising the good cooperation between Kosovo and Albania.

Ismajli and Lauka discussed on the common meeting of both country’s governments, planned to be held soon, which was viewed as further support to deepening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting was also used to discuss on measures for stimulating free trade, establishment of cross-boundary free trade zones, cooperation in energy, transport and other areas of bilateral interest, all aimed at further advancement of economic development.
