Prishtina, 25.05.2022 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, took part in the 21st Edition of the International Fair “EXPOKOS 2022”, which was also attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, and the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari.

The International Fair “EXPOKOS” is an event dedicated to businesses pertaining to the construction, energy, machinery, and security sector, where participants are businesses from Germany, Greece, Italy, Turkey, and neighboring countries.

During the introductory speech, Minister Rizvanolli shared with the participants ideas about the energy sector and the Energy Strategy 2022-2031, which, among other things, aims to develop and transform the energy sector pursuant to the EU Green Plan. Further, Minister Rizvanolli stated that “we cannot be wrong if we invest in energy, be they public or private investments.”

During the visit, Minister Rizvanolli also met with the President of the Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, Mariano A. Davies, and visited the stand of the fair where she met and had a conversation with the representatives of Kosovar, Italian, and German businesses, among others.

During the visit, the Minister and business representatives discussed the activity of businesses and the possibility of how the Ministry of Economy can help their further development.
