Prishtina, 02.03.2022 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, received in a meeting the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, Minca Benedejčič.

During the meeting, Minister Rizvanolli and Ambassador Benedejčič discussed the latest developments in the areas covered by the Ministry of Economy, with a focus on the Information and Communication Technology sector, as well as the Energy sector, in particular on energy efficiency.

Ambassador Benedejčič congratulated Minister Rizvanolli on the work and reforms she has been undertaking since the beginning of her term.

The main focus of the conversation was focused on the ICT sector and the rapid development of this sector in the Republic of Kosovo and Slovenia, a sector with potential for employment of young people who have the capacity to increase competitiveness at the regional and international level.

The Minister and the Ambassador discussed the possibilities for concretizing the cooperation between the two countries in order to further advance this sector.
