Minister Lluka visited the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and offered his cooperation

Prishtina, 28.03.2018 – Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, visited the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, where he met the Faculty Dean, Enver Hamiti, and discussed on deepening the cooperation between this faculty and the Ministry of Economic Development.

On this occasion, Minister Lluka said that the visit aims to provide support to the students of this faculty, as the energy sector in Kosovo is moving towards a rapid development.

“Students of this faculty will be provided with practical working conditions in the energy sector. With the construction of the Kosova e Re Power Plant and increased capacities of renewable energy, students will be given easier access to employment.

Minister Lluka also said that graduates from this faculty are qualified to contribute to the country’s future, and that these fields of their study will help the energy sector with the capacity they will offer in the future.
