Minister Kuçi and Ambassador Kosnett discuss economic development in Kosovo

Prishtina, 23.06.2020 – Minister of Economy and Environment (MEE), Blerim Kuçi, has held today a virtual meeting with the Ambassador of the United States of America in Kosovo, Philip Kosnett.

During the meeting, which was of an introductory nature, the economic situation in Kosovo created as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic was discussed.

Minister Kuçi informed Ambassador Kosnett about the measures that the Government of Kosovo will undertake for the economic recovery in the country.

Also, the development of the energy sector in Kosovo was discussed, as well as the support of the activities of public enterprises and the private sector in Kosovo.
