Energy Avni Sfishta, today signed the agreement for implementation of Technical
Cooperation Projects. Government of Kosovo has received 1.7 million euros from
this agreement, donated by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany,
as technical assistance for a period of 2 years.

The main objective of this project is to
improve the legal and technical framework for the implementation of the
European Energy Community requirements, related to energy and climate. Among
other things, GIZ will provide the Ministry of Economy with international and
local experts, support staff, coverage of administrative costs and training of

into account the financial affordability.

Signing of this agreement further
strengthens the development cooperation between Kosovo and Germany. This
project is a continuation of long-term cooperation between Kosovo and Germany,

the lives of Kosovo citizens and transformation of Kosovo into a partner for
transatlantic and European communities.
