Croatia supports Kosovo’s economic projects

Prishtina, 13 November 2013 – Minister of Economic Development Fadil Ismajli met today with the Croatian Ambassador in Kosovo, Zoran Vodopija, to discuss on bilateral economic cooperation between the two countries, with special emphasis on sectors covered by MED.

Minister Ismajli and the Croatian diplomat discussed on the sectors of energy, mining, waters, etc. voicing their readiness to support common projects and initiatives in this sphere.

Special attention during today’s meeting was vested in exchanging experiences in relation to operation of thermal power plants, small hydro power plants, mutual cooperation in telecommunications and digitalization.

Both officials reemphasized good economic and political relations between their countries, as well as the objective to advance these relations to the interest of both parties, especially in the sphere of economy, expressing the will of both respective governments to pursue this objective in the future.
