Prishtina, 16.10.2017 – Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Lluka received today a senior delegation from the German Development Bank (KfW), headed by Christoph Tiskens – Director for Southeast Europe and Turkey, Joerg Meilicke – Director for Western Balkans and Rene Eschemann – Director for Kosovo and Macedonia, with which he discussed on projects in the sphere of energy and other fields covered by MED.
Prishtina, 15.10.2017 – The Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, part of the Kosovo delegation comprising the Minister of Finance, and accompanied by the Kosovo Ambassador in USA, Vlora Çitaku, met today with the World Bank’s Vice President for Europe and Asia, Cyril Muller, and World Bank Vice President for Sustainable Development, Laura Tuck, during the recent official visit to the United States.

Prishtina, 06.10.2017 – Kosovo’s Government approved today the Kosovo Energy Strategy 2017-2026, presented by Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, who stated that his document aims to create a developed energy sector, which doesn’t damage the environment and health, and supports sustainable economic development and social wellbeing in Kosovo, as part of an open and competitive energy market.

Prishtina, 03.10.2017 – Minister of Economic Development of Kosovo Valdrin Lluka, accompanied by his associates, visited Tirana today to meet with the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania Damian Gjiknuri, and discuss on steps implemented to date in the establishment of a common electricity market between Kosovo and Albania.
