Prishtina, 10.04.2022 - Based on the Seismic Network, the Geological Service of Kosovo and the Euro-Mediterranean Seismic Center, as well as the numerical analysis of the seismic event, on 10.04.2022 at 02:58h according to local time, Albania was hit by an earthquake of 2.8 magnitude according to the Richter scale, respectively of grade V-IV of Mercalli intensity scale.

Prishtina, 05.04.2022 - The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli during her several day stay in Berlin, Germany, where she participated in the Energy Transition Dialogue, had bilateral meetings with Anna Lührmann, German Minister of State for Europe and Climate, Kostas Skrekas, Greek Minister of the Environment and Energy, and with Oliver Krischer, Parliamentary State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Prishtina, 29.03.2022 - The Partnership for Transatlantic Energy and Climate Cooperation has held an online meeting with the representatives of several countries on the topic of “Civil Perspectives of Nuclear Energy”, where Kosovo was represented by Deputy Minister of Economy, Mentor Arifaj, who was invited by Mr. David Turk, Deputy Secretary of the US Department of Energy.

Prishtina, 28.03.2022 - The online meeting "Environmental Impact Assessment in the Mining Sector in Canada", organized by the Canadian Embassy in Croatia and Kosovo, was held. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Synthia Dodig, Trade Commissioner, and Ms. Deborah Archibald, Executive Director of the Extractive Resource Governance Program (ERPG) from the School of Public Policy, University of Calgary, and was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy, Mentor Arifaj.

Prishtina, 29.03.2022 – Pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (GRK) No.05 / 2016 on Minimum Standards for Public Consultation Process and Law No. 08/L-022 on Electronic Identification and Trust Services in Electronic Transactions, the Ministry of Economy held a consultative meeting with stakeholders who will directly implement these sub-legal acts stemming from this law.
