In the Section II.2.11. you specify that: “Sf = 100 x Fm / F, in which Sf is the financial score, Fm is the lowest price and F the price of the proposal under consideration. The weights given to the Technical and Financial Proposals are: T = 0.8, and P = 0.2; S = St x 70% x 30% + SF.”
What is the weight of Technical Proposal – 80

In the Section II.2.11. you specify that: “Sf = 100 x Fm / F, in which Sf is the financial score, Fm is the lowest price and F the price of the proposal under consideration. The weights given to the Technical and Financial Proposals are: T = 0.8, and P = 0.2; S = St x 70% x 30% + SF.”
What is the weight of Technical Proposal – 80% or 70%?
It appears that there is a mistake in the formula above. Should the formula above be: S=Stx70% + 30%xSf?
Is there any indication of the number of the man-month input budgeted for this project? Does the remuneration include only retainer or is there a success free envisaged as well?
