Prishtina, 04 June 2013 – The Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, held today an introductory meeting with the Dutch Ambassador in Prishtina, Robert Bosch, with whom he discussed on recent economic development in Kosovo and bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Pristina, May 14, 2013 - Today, the Government of Kosovo hosted a donors’ conference to discuss long-term sustainable energy plans that include increased investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy. The conference was attended by Prime Minister HashimThaçi, Minister of Economic Development BesimBeqaj, representatives from the European Commission, the World Bank Group,the United States Department of State, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, USAID, KfW, GIZ, JICA and business representatives.

Prishtina, 13 May 2013 - Minister of Economic Development, Besim Beqaj, received today in separate meetings Ellen Goldstein, Country Director and Regional Coordinator for Sountheast Europe and Central Asia, accompanied by Jan Peter Olters, World Bank Country Manager for Kosovo, and Jeffrey Baker, Director of the US Treasury Office for Europe and Eurasia, with whom he discussed on the recent developments in the country, with special emphasis on preparations for the “Donors’ Conference on Sustainable Energy for Kosovo,” which will be held tomorrow in Prishtina.
