    Albania and Kosovo embark on a common economic agenda

    Tirana, 29 April 2014 – Albania and Kosovo should establish a common economic market, as means to attract serious investors and open way for economic development of both countries. This was one of the key statements in the Albania-Kosovo Energy and Industry Forum, held in Tirana and attended by representatives of respective governments, public enterprises and businesses.

    KRPP PSC approves the Request for Proposals and Project Agreements

    Prishtina, 24 April 2014 – The Kosova e Re Power Plant Project Steering Committee, chaired by the Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, convened for its regular meeting to discuss documents presented to the Project Steering Committee for endorsement. During the meeting, the Project Steering Committee approved the Request for Proposal and Project Agreements and requested their submission to potential investors.

    Kosovo and Albania signed two cooperation agreements in energy

    Prishtina, 29.03.2014 – The Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Kosovo and the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Albania, signed today in Tirana two agreements of cooperation, providing for the establishment of a common energy market between the two countries, namely the construction of 110kV line Dragash – Kukës.
