The Ministry of Economy welcomed the Energy Community delegations with a cultural evening
Pristina, 1 July 2026 – As part of the activities of the Informal Ministerial Council 2026 of the Energy Community, the Ministry of Economy organized a cultural welcome evening for the participating delegations at the Kukaj Ethno-Cultural Village in Prishtina.
The evening brought together representatives of the Energy Community Secretariat, European Union institutions, accredited ambassadors to Kosovo, delegations from Energy Community member countries, as well as international partners and key stakeholders in the energy sector in Kosovo, who have been contributing to the development and transformation of the energy sector for years.
In her welcoming speech, the acting Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, welcomed all those present, emphasizing that “Tonight we are in Kosovo because this year we have the honour and responsibility of chairing the Energy Community. The museum, artistic performance, music, exhibition and the hospitality we saw tonight in Kukaj gave us an authentic experience of the tradition, history and values of our people of which we are so proud”.
The evening was organized to offer guests an authentic experience of Kosovar culture, tradition and hospitality, creating a space for dialogue, networking and strengthening partnerships between institutions and stakeholders in the energy sector.
This evening marked the commencement of the official activities of the Informal Ministerial Council 2026 of the Energy Community, which will be held on 2 July in Prishtina.
