Prishtina, 16.03.2024 – Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, participated in the ceremony organized by KOSTT for the award of 10 scholarships to female students of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Alongside Minister Rizvanolli, attendees included Evetar Zeqiri, Chief Executive Officer of KOSTT, Ajrina Gashi-Hamdiu, member of the KOSTT Board of Directors, the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Isak Shabani, as well as representatives of the organization Woman in Energy and Mining.

While speaking of the importance of educating girls as a pillar of societal emancipation, Rizvanolli congratulated the female students who met the educational criteria to receive the scholarship from KOSTT, and highlighted that supporting personnel in the energy sector, especially girls, represents a valuable contribution that KOSTT is making in support of girls in education and advancement.

Among others, participants committed to continue working in the future to advance girls, to enhance capacities suitable for demands, and to welcome equal opportunities for professional prosperity for girls and women in Kosovo.
