Minister Lluka invites citizens to select the postal stamp honoring Gjakova Martyrs

Prishtina, 17.11.2018 – In an effort to honor Gjakova Martyrs, the Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Lluka initiated the design of a postal stamp that will be disseminated around the world.

Minister Lluka invited Kosovo citizens to vote on the best design, which will represent Gjakova martyrs and their sacrifice for the liberation of our country.
