Stavileci hosted a group of students from ‘Haxhi Zeka’ University, they discussed about current economic situation

Prishtinë, 20.02.2017 – Minister of Economic Development, Blerand Stavileci met a group of students from ‘Haxhi Zeka’ university, Business Management Department, with whom he discussed about economic developments in the country, with special emphasis on fields covered by the MED.

Minister Stavileci informed students from Peja about ongoing projects in the field of energy, mining and information technology, which are considered as key sectors for economic development, respectively creation of employment.

Likewise, Minister Stavileci highlighted the directions of the MED, in prioritizing the field of ICT, as a precondition for transformation of the Economy, and as a sector with perspective for youth, who comprise a considerable portion of population in Kosovo.

Consequently, Stavileci and students had an open discussion on economic issues in the country.

During this visit, Students’ Union of “Haxhi Zeka” University awarded a certificate of appreciation to Minister Blerand Stavileci.
