Minister Pula shares March 8 with women from Krusha e Madhe

Prishtina, March, 8 2009 – On March 7, Teachers Day, and March 8, International Women’s day, Minister of Energy and Mining, accompanied by a women’s delegation from MEM, visited women from Village Krusha e Madhe, whose family members were killed or gone missing, as well as teachers of the Village.

On this occasion, Minister Pula assured them that our institutions have not forgotten them and that their pain for their missing loved ones is suffering to everyone. “I assure that our Institutions have not forgotten your concern. As Minister I feel good that I mark these two dates in your presence, so that we share together not only worries, but also joys”, said Pula.

Honoring these women, Minister Pula, gave them each a gift, and wished that next holidays there will be good news for this Village, which was greatly touched by the recent war in Kosovo. “We are honored and respectful that to be with you. You gave a lot to Kosovo and you saved nothing for its freedom. We now have to respect what you have done. You, mothers of martyrs, mothers of orphans, who are raising the future of Kosovo”, said Pula.

The representative of the Association “Widow Women”, from Krusha e Madhe, Fahrie Hoti, thanked Minister Pula for the visit to these women and village, at a time when they need support so they do not feel lonely. “The smiled faces of these mothers, teachers, shows about the respect and honor that Minister Pula brought, to whom we are thankful for the for the attention shown to us”, said Hoti.
