Prishtina, 07.11.2023 – The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, visited the Post of Kosova today, where they were received by the Chief Executive Officer of this enterprise, Nora Rraci, and members of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, it was acknowledged that the Post of Kosova is ensuring postal service in every major neighborhood and large village to facilitate service, and is expanding the network of post offices even in the North of the country.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti emphasized that the Government of Kosovo provides postal service to all citizens, compensating the universal postal service in accordance with the Law on Postal Services and Regulations. He stated that the Post is a partner of the Government in the “One Stop Shop” service, enabling citizens to carry out services in Post centers for several institutions without the need to visit them directly.

Furthermore, Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Rizvanolli appreciated the integration of all postal services on the eKosova platform, starting with postal address declaration, which will significantly enhance service quality.

Minister Rizvanolli highlighted the support provided to the Post of Kosova and stressed that this support will continue further to ensure that postal services are accessible to every citizen of the Republic of Kosova.

The Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors mentioned the achievements of the Post of Kosova, such as enriching the fleet with electric motorcycles, which enable swift distribution of postal deliveries to citizens while also offering eco-friendly transportation, promoting the values of Kosova through postal stamps, and other accomplishments.
