Prishtina, 30.01.2024 – The Ministry of Economy has continued with the processing of payments for the beneficiaries of calls for subsidies for household efficient equipment and efficient heating equipment.

Following the budget allocation for 2024, the payments have continued to be processed and will continue until the completion of the process.

This process is the result of the dedication and hard work of the commissions for the review and verification of documents, which are operating at a high intensity on working days as well as weekends.

According to the evaluation commission, around 5000 applications for heating equipment are still in the processing phase, while the subsidy for household electrical equipment and solar panels for heating domestic water for households has been fully implemented.

By making the payments in 2024, we have managed to execute an amount of 1,815,593.72 Euro for efficient equipment, thus subsidizing 4,041 households. On the other hand, 4,994,037.02 Euro were paid in 2023, benefiting 10,989 families.

So far, payments have been made for 15,030 families.

Meanwhile, the deadline for application for the subsidy of efficient equipment for heating for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) will be open until 31 January 2024.
