Pristina, 15.09.2025 – The Ministry of Economy has organized an information session regarding the public call for “Financial support for NGOs to support activities promoting the field of energy and information and communication technology”, which was also attended by the acting Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli.

The Ministry of Economy has opened this public call for NGOs registered in the Republic of Kosovo, operating in the field of energy and information and communication technology, inviting them to apply for financial support for projects aimed at:

• Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources (EE & RES);
• Development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The event was attended by representatives of non-governmental organizations working in these areas, who were informed in more detail about the application procedures.

On this occasion, Minister Rizvanolli encouraged organizations to apply to the call, in order to contribute to two strategic areas for Kosovo: energy and information technology.

This funding represents an opportunity to empower NGOs as active partners in the sustainable development of the energy and technology sector in the country, where their projects can impact awareness-raising, educate communities, and foster innovative solutions, bringing benefits to citizens and the environment.

The call remains open until September 19, 2025.
