Berlin, 06.11.2023 – The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo, Artane Rizvanolli, during her visit to France and Germany, met with representatives of companies of the energy sector, where she presented to them the “Kosovo Energy Investment Package 2023-2025”.

Minister Rizvanolli, during her official visit to Berlin, held meetings with representatives of Siemens Energy, SENS LSG GmbH, Gutami Solar Development International BV, JM ProjektInvest GmbH & Co. KG, and GE, while in Paris she met with representatives of Voltalia and Akuo Energy, where she emphasized that the “Kosovo Energy Investment Package 2023-2025”, which encompasses approximately 950 megawatts valued at around 1.2 billion euros, offers attractive investment opportunities for energy companies.

She affirmed that the Government ensures that these projects, which will be developed through competitive processes, are transparent and fair.

“In France and Germany, we have met with representatives of major energy sector companies interested in investing in Kosovo to introduce these opportunities. We have also met with representatives of DEG KfW, who have experience in the successful development of these projects”, emphasized Rizvanolli.

During the meetings with the companies, discussions revolved around the opportunities offered by the investment package and the overall achievements of the Republic of Kosovo in encouraging private investments and creating a favourable business environment, which are key drivers for economic growth.
