Prishtina, 04.07.2024 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, and Deputy Minister, Getoar Mjeku, received in a meeting the European Union Ambassador to Kosovo, Tomas Szunyog.

During the meeting, Minister Rizvanolli and Ambassador Szunyog discussed about Kosovo’s economic development, support for the energy sector, and waste management.

Minister Rizvanolli expressed her gratitude to Ambassador Szunyog for the continuous support that the European Union has been providing to Kosovo, especially in the development of the energy sector and informed him about the priorities of the Ministry of Economy in the field of renewable energy sources – wind and solar energy.

Ambassador Szunyog expressed the European Union’s readiness to continue supporting Kosovo in the development of its energy sector.
