Prishtina, 26.01.2026 – The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo, Getoar Mjeku, received in a meeting the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Kosovo, Muhammad Zulqar Nain.

The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations, boosting trade and investment, and exchanging experiences in the fields of energy, mining, and information and communication technology (ICT).

Both parties highlighted the significance of continuous institutional dialogue and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in areas of shared interest, fostering economic growth, and creating new opportunities for businesses and citizens in both countries.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to coordinate joint initiatives and inter-institutional visits in the near future, aimed at advancing the economic and diplomatic ties between Kosovo and Bangladesh.
