Deputy Minister Arifaj hosted the IETO delegation at the meeting

Prishtina, 15.07.2022 – The Deputy Minister of Economy, Mentor Arifaj, hosted the representatives of the Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO), Asif Iqbal, chairman of IETO, and Payal Kanodia, leader of the India-Kosovo Council.

During the meeting, the possibilities of cooperation between the Republic of Kosovo and the Economic Trade Organization of India were discussed, where the main topic was investments in energy, mining, and especially in the field of Information Technology and Communication.

Deputy Minister Arifaj informed the Indian delegation about the opportunities offered by the Republic of Kosovo for investments in these areas.

The visit of the IETO delegation was of a preparatory nature, since a visit of the IETO business delegation is scheduled to take place in October 2022.
