Businesses and stakeholders are invited to attend the final informational session on the Clean Energy Grants Scheme 

The Ministry of Economy invites businesses and stakeholders to participate in the final informational session on the Clean Energy Grants Scheme, which also represents the last opportunity to receive information before the public call closes.

The session will be held on Thursday, 22 January 2026, from 10:00, at the “Sirius” Hotel in Prishtina.

Within this scheme, businesses can receive financial support of up to 25,000 euros per business. The project is funded by the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by KIESA/MIET, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and LuxDev – the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation.

Enterprises eligible to apply are:

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) or large enterprises that do not benefit from regulated electricity fees;
  • Enterprises with manufacturing or processing as their primary or secondary activity.

All interested businesses are invited, prior to applying, to carefully review the criteria and conditions set out in the relevant guidelines. This scheme aims to support manufacturing and processing enterprises seeking to invest in green technologies, enhance energy efficiency and contribute to the transition towards clean energy.

The Clean Energy Grant Scheme will be implemented through three separate public calls, covering the following measures:

  • Measure 1:Support for solar power systems and battery energy storage solutions;
  • Measure 2:Support for energy efficiency improvements in business premises;
  • Measure 3:Support for equipment that reduces energy consumption in generation lines.

Within the scheme, investments are supported in:

  • Solar systems for electricity generation;
  • Solar systems for water heating;
  • Enhancing energy efficiency through building insulation;
  • Batteries for photovoltaic (PV) solar system;
  • Frequency converter for enhancing the efficiency of existing generation equipment.

The scheme provides financial support:

  • Up to €20,000 for a single measure;
  • Up to €25,000 for combined measures.
