Minister Rizvanolli met with the International Monetary Fund Delegation

Prishtina, 11.022026 – The Caretaker Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, received in a meeting the International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation, led by the Head of Mission for Kosovo, David Amaglobeli.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current developments in the energy sector of the Republic of Kosovo, with a particular focus on security of electricity supply, sector performance, as well as challenges and prospects for the forthcoming period. The IMF delegation was informed of the strategic energy projects currently under development, including investments in renewable energy sources.

The IMF delegation commended the continued cooperation with the institutions of Kosovo and expressed its readiness to continue providing support in areas of importance for economic stability and the country’s development.
